Support the sales team with technical information **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service by identifying needs and proposing appropriate technical solutions; * Deliver technical support regarding products, services, or processes; * Diagnose failures and guide proper maintenance and usage; * Monitor technical services to ensure quality and execution efficiency; * Prepare technical reports and service records; * Support the sales team with technical information to contribute to closing sales. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical training in the field is desirable); * Technical knowledge relevant to the field of operation (e.g., mechanical, electrical, etc.); * Prior experience in customer service or technical support (preferred); * Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
