Job Summary: A professional responsible for operating cranes to ensure efficiency in machine operation and transportation, loading, unloading, and storage services. Key Highlights: 1. Operate truck-mounted or crawler cranes safely and orderly. 2. Assemble and analyze crane rigging plans. 3. Work in compliance with safety and integrated management standards. We seek a professional who will be responsible for operating cranes in the transportation of general products, loading and unloading services, stacking, and storage—ensuring efficiency in machine operation and service delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate and drive truck-mounted cranes with telescopic booms and/or crawler cranes; Perform load hoisting operations using internal cabin controls (levers or joystick) in an orderly and safe manner, following manual signals or radio instructions from a crane assistant or rigger; Assemble the crane and/or its accessories; Analyze and interpret rigging plans; Evaluate machine and equipment operating conditions through daily inspections and complete the daily checklist and other required documents related to operations, such as DDS, APT, APR, and others as stipulated by client standards/regulations; Assess the work area and isolate the crane for equipment operation; Organize the work environment (crane); Perform tasks as defined in operational controls (when applicable); Understand and act according to significant environmental aspects and impacts of their area; Alert supervisors or responsible personnel upon observing non-conformities; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System standards and the crane manufacturer’s operation manual. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum: Incomplete high school education; Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category D; Experience operating cranes; Willingness to travel and work across all regions of Brazil; 120-hour Crane Operator Training Course; 50-hour Indivisible Loads Training Course; **Additional Information** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Life Insurance Travel Allowance Mobility Allowance Nationwide Operations #### **BSM is an engineering company with over five decades of experience and a strong presence across multiple regions of Brazil.
