If you are passionate about cooking, possess industrial kitchen skills, and are ready to handle high-volume production, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities: \- Assist the Head Cook in preparing large-volume industrial meals; \- Prepare ingredients, such as cutting vegetables, meats, and other foods; \- Assemble dishes according to menu specifications and presentation standards; \- Perform cleaning and organization tasks in the work area; \- Properly collect, store, and dispose of food waste; \- Comply with food health and safety regulations. Requirements: \- Proven experience as a 1/2 Kitchen Official or in a similar position; \- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling; \- Ability to work in a high-production environment and maintain a fast work pace; \- Capacity to work in a team and follow instructions from the Head Cook; \- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays; \- Technical certification in cooking or food service will be considered a plus.
