Job Summary: Forklift operator responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, inventory organization, and ensuring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain internal routines of good practices Responsibilities: \*Operate forklifts safely and efficiently; \*Load and unload trucks and containers; \*Assist in storing and organizing products in inventory; \*Move materials according to supervisor instructions; \*Move, segregate, and maintain product identification during production processes using forklifts or other available material handling equipment; \*Prepare materials for machine entry; \*Organize product storage while observing identification, ease of location, and handling; \*Inspect packaging and product containment conditions throughout all process stages; \*Maintain internal routines of good practices to ensure customer product preservation; \*Initiate non-conformance reports when necessary; \*Perform loading and unloading activities under supervisor guidance; \*Maintain and care for equipment by inspecting basic components (tires, oil, electrical system, brakes, etc.) and requesting maintenance service when needed, ensuring cleanliness; \*Clean and keep the workplace and internal transportation and handling equipment clean; \*Assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor; \*Propose continuous improvement actions in the workplace; \*Comply with all applicable safety regulations. Requirements: \*Prior experience as a forklift operator \*Valid forklift operator training certificate (NR 11 updated) \*Basic knowledge of product storage and handling \*Willingness to work rotating shifts if required Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.543,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
