**Job Mission** Plan, schedule, and monitor vehicle and driver allocation, ensuring route compliance, delivery deadlines, cost optimization, and excellence in customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Schedule and assign vehicles and drivers according to operational demand. * Monitor loading, deliveries, and pickups. * Track adherence to schedules and SLAs. * Ensure compliance with mandatory documentation (CT\-e, MDF\-e, CIOT, ANTT, among others). * Communicate with drivers to align routes and address operational matters. * Update operational control systems and spreadsheets. * Monitor fleet availability, tracking preventive and corrective maintenance. * Serve as a direct liaison with commercial, dispatch, and GR teams. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or operational scheduling. * Knowledge of route planning and fleet management. * Familiarity with transportation systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and decision-making capacity. **Benefits** Medical assistance Dental assistance Food basket Profit-sharing program Life insurance Meal allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Saturday \- 12:00 PM to 6:12 PM Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
