Team collaboration and interest in continuous learning We are looking for a **Programmer Analyst** to join our technology team, working on the development and maintenance of applications, **with a primary focus on front-end using Flutter (SDK) and the Dart programming language**. **Required Qualifications:** * Knowledge / Experience with Flutter SDK; * Proficiency in the Dart language; * Experience in front-end development for web and/or mobile applications; * Ability to read and interpret technical and functional requirements; * Strong programming logic and attention to code quality. **Desirable Qualifications (Advantages):** * Vue.js (front-end development); * Golang (Go) for back-end development; * Oracle PL/SQL; * Experience integrating front-end and back-end systems; * Understanding of software architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Responsibilities:** * Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Flutter/Dart; * Participate in the analysis and understanding of technical requirements; * Address bugs and continuously improve systems; * Collaborate with the development team, contributing best practices; * Support integration between front-end and back-end services; * Document features and processes when necessary. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and proactive mindset; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Organization and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Interest in continuous learning and technical growth. **Additional Advantages:** * Experience in cross-platform mobile projects; * Knowledge of automated testing; * Experience in corporate environments or medium-to-large-scale systems.
