**Activities:** ● Create and manage **email marketing, WhatsApp, Web Push, and SMS** campaigns; ● Develop and optimize **automation workflows and customer journeys** for email, WhatsApp, and Web Push within **RD Station (CRM, Marketing, and Conversa)**; ● Produce visual materials (e-books, templates, presentations) using **Canva**; ● Execute campaign broadcasts via **RD Station Conversa (WhatsApp)**; ● Monitor metrics and generate simple performance reports; ● Collaborate in creating content for digital campaigns and sales support materials; ● Support the sales team in developing presentations and strategic content; ● Contribute to creating content for blogs, social media, and rich media, applying copywriting techniques to attract and engage target audiences; Act as an internal marketing support point, ensuring alignment and efficiency in deliverables. **Requirements:** ● Basic knowledge of **RD Station (CRM, Marketing, and Conversa)**; ● Proficiency with **Canva** for designing graphic materials; ● Strong written communication skills and willingness to create content; ● Understanding of marketing automation and campaign execution; ● Undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** ● Familiarity with content management tools such as **Trello, Asana, or ClickUp**; ● Experience with **RD Station Marketing, HubSpot**, or other automation platforms; ● Basic knowledge of **HTML and WordPress** for minor adjustments; Experience in B2B campaigns and creating content focused on HR or corporate benefits.
