Field visits and autonomy **Equipment Removal Technician** **Job Objective:** Perform removal of equipment installed at customer sites, ensuring company asset recovery and maintaining friendly and professional service throughout the process. **Responsibilities:** * Retrieve equipment (routers, ONUs, cables, etc.) from delinquent or canceled customers. * Conduct field visits according to the defined route schedule. * Verify retrieved equipment to ensure integrity and accurate registration. * Complete service orders and update information in the system. * Support basic negotiation with customers for amicable equipment return. * Maintain custody of equipment and work tools. * Meet established removal deadlines and targets. * Report inconsistencies or difficulties encountered during visits. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Valid driver's license (categories A and B). * Availability for field work. * Basic knowledge of networks or internet equipment. * Proficiency in using mobile applications and systems. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Organization and accountability. * Proactivity. * Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with internet service providers. * Field experience (installation, maintenance, or removal). * Knowledge of fiber optics and telecommunications equipment. **Working Hours:** * Business hours, with potential for field work as required by demand.
