Then join us and **CO-CREATE** as a **Backend .NET Developer II**! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Designing and implementing secure and high-performance REST APIs; * Supporting and mentoring junior/mid-level developers, promoting software engineering best practices; * Conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing. * Collaborating closely with DevOps, frontend, and QA teams for continuous and reliable service delivery; * Actively participating in discussions regarding system architecture, security, and observability; * Writing and reviewing detailed technical documentation, contributing to codebase maturity and development process improvement. **We are looking for someone with:** * A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Proficiency in C\# and the .NET ecosystem: solid experience with .NET Core. * Experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server/PostgreSQL. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Proficiency in Git, continuous integration, and deployment automation (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar); * Strong technical communication skills and ability to influence architectural decisions; * Availability for hybrid work in Campinas. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); * Mastery of design patterns and clean architecture principles (DDD, Hexagonal, CQRS); * Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT); * Knowledge of information security best practices and API hardening. **CPQD offers:** * Daycare or babysitter allowance; * Unimed health insurance; * Uniodonto dental insurance; * Vidalink medication allowance; * Meal/food voucher; * Life insurance; * Pet health plan; * Vacation bonus above market standard; * Private pension plan; * WellHub; * Commuter shuttle service; * Free parking; * Payroll-deductible loans; * Birthday day off; * Holiday bridging days; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave; * Postgraduate support program; * Partnerships and agreements: facilitating access to health, leisure, culture, and education options; * Internal programs: focused on development and well-being.
