We have an outstanding opportunity for the position of **Customer Service Technician** at **Alpha Clicheria**, located at our headquarters in **Valinhos/SP.** **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate technical information to ensure flexographic print quality; * Issue and review service orders based on customer requirements; * Provide technical support to customers, agencies, and the sales team; * Monitor service status in Pre\-Press and conduct follow\-ups; * Verify contractual proofs and organize their dispatch to customers; * Record and analyze incidents and non\-conformities, proposing improvements; * Plan deliveries with the cliché maker and shipping department (proofs and clichés); * Validate services with the customer at the final stage; Requirements: * Completed high school \- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fields is considered a plus; * Proven experience in the printing industry, with focus on cliché making and flexography; * Prior experience in technical customer service; * Proficiency in graphic tools such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Illustrator; * Dynamic profile, strong communication skills, and ability to negotiate conflicts; * Good verbal and written communication skills.
