Description
**Job Mission:**
Perform inspections and tests on processes and products, ensuring that quality standards and technical specifications are met in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products, as per established procedures;
· Record inspection results in forms, reports, and internal systems, following the defined standard;
· Identify and report nonconformities to the immediate supervisor and/or process owners;
· Assist in verifying production processes such as machining, welding, painting, assembly, and boiler-making, as directed;
· Support the organization and control of quality documentation, including reports, inspection records, and certificates, where applicable;
· Assist in preparing and organizing technical documentation, such as inspection reports, photographic records, and quality documentation, under guidance;
· Support the organization of documents and records constituting the manufacturing and quality history of equipment;
· Assist in verifying the conformity of incoming materials and components;
· Support internal inspections and, when assigned, accompany external inspections or supplier audits, under guidance;
· Assist in final equipment verification and record compliance status according to established criteria;
· Properly use measuring instruments, ensuring their maintenance;
· Follow procedures, work instructions, and company internal standards;
· Collaborate with production and quality departments to identify process improvements;
· Maintain workplace organization and comply with quality and safety standards
**Requirements:**
**Education:**
Completed high school; technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Metrology, Quality, or related fields is preferred.
**Additional Training:**
· Basic knowledge of quality tools;
· Familiarity with measuring and control instruments;
· Training on technical standards applicable to the product/process;
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
**Experience:**
· Prior experience in quality inspection within an industrial environment;
· Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes;
· Familiarity with quality control procedures and technical standards is a plus.
Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$4\.034,51 per month
