Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and operating parking systems, guiding customers, controlling access, and supporting the team. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the team in operations and problem identification * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and operating parking systems **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \- What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Update incidents, pending items, and new information with the previous shift’s CCTV operator; Guide customers via intercom, using announcements, on resolving issues arising during entry or exit from the parking facility, whenever activated; Control key issuance; Screen service authorizations; Report incidents occurring during the shift to the Supervisor; Support the Parking Team in monitoring and identifying problems with equipment or in any area of the parking facility. Support opening and closing activities for parking levels and cashier booths, identifying and anticipating potential incidents; Monitor the Parking Attendant and Valet teams, verifying area coverage; Report equipment issues related to the parking system (e.g., gates, barriers, APS, automatic payment systems such as Sem Parar, ConectCar, Veloe, Taggy, Greenpass, etc.) to Supervisors and technicians; Verify recording, playback, and operation of all CCTV system equipment; Perform checklists regarding camera positioning and functionality; Perform daily CCTV monitoring operations across the entire parking facility; Modulate and transmit messages over the parking facility’s designated frequencies; Receive authorization requests from floor stations (e.g., authorization to activate equipment, authorization to access restrooms, etc); Organize parking areas during opening and closing, observing cleanliness of parking equipment and floors; Screen customers at building entrances during shopping center closure periods; Provide customer assistance and release during equipment or ticket malfunctions at barriers; Direct vehicle traffic when all parking spaces are occupied; Facilitate vehicle movement throughout parking areas; Monitor vehicle dwell time in the parking facility after shopping center closure; Assist customers in parking areas experiencing discharged batteries, flat tires, or requiring locksmith services; Maintain parking signage and isolation measures per briefing instructions/standards; Restock/replenish cards at barriers; Organize and store all signage, isolation, emergency equipment (vehicle suspension carts, jacks, luminous batons), and PPE; Keep the parking storage area organized (cones, chains, traffic cones, etc); Clean parking equipment (gates, barriers, APS, etc). **OBSERVATIONS** ---------------
