We seek a dynamic professional who enjoys interacting with people and possesses manual dexterity to help us deliver the best experience to our customers. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Counter reception, order delivery, and clarification of inquiries regarding services and deadlines. * **Multichannel Communication:** Initial customer contact via WhatsApp and telephone calls, correctly routing requests. * **Fast Finishing Services:** Execution of tasks such as binding, lamination, simple trimming (cutting), and booklet assembly. * **Care and Organization:** Maintaining the service area and counter clean, organized, and presentable for customers. **Requirements:** * **Clear Communication:** Strong writing skills (for WhatsApp) and courteous in-person service. * **Manual Agility:** Ability to quickly learn and operate simple finishing equipment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in printing shops, copy centers, or public-facing roles is highly welcome. * Knowledge of CorelDRAW. **Job Details:** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:12 to 18:00** (with 1-hour lunch break). * **Location:** Near **Colégio Renovação**. * **Employment Type:** CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
