We are seeking qualified professionals for the position of "Industrial Assembler". **Job Description:** An **Industrial Assembler** is responsible for performing the assembly, installation, and adjustment of industrial equipment, structures, and systems, following project specifications, technical drawings, and safety standards. Their duties include mechanical assembly of components, alignment and fastening of parts, use of hand and power tools, interpretation of technical specifications, support during testing and commissioning, as well as ensuring quality, proper functionality, and safety of assembled units. **Mandatory Requirements:** Minimum Education: Completed Elementary School **Required Experience:** **Engineering Drawing Interpretation:** Reading and analyzing technical plans, structural diagrams, and specifications for hybrid construction projects (steel \+ concrete) **Material Management:** Selection, quantification, and preparation of diverse materials (steels, concretes, mortars, fasteners) **Logical Sequencing:** Planning execution sequence to optimize workflow between masonry and metallurgy activities **Initial Quality Control:** Verification of materials, tools, and working conditions according to technical standards **Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** **Welding:** Proficient in welding; **Measurement:** Marking and execution within millimeter tolerances **Multi-tool Operation:** Operation of diverse equipment (saws, welding machines, rotary hammers, screwdrivers, tape measures, sanders, etc.) **Integrated Assembly:** Logical sequencing of activities between masonry and metallurgy **Quality Control:** Visual inspection of welds, alignment verification, leak testing **Practical Calculations:** Load calculations, volume calculations, material quantity estimations, cost calculations, etc. **Behavior:** Disciplined, courteous, team-oriented, assertive communicator, etc. **Desirable Requirements:** High School Diploma (2nd Degree).
