Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Operate and monitor utility systems—including boilers, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment systems—to ensure continuous and reliable supply of essential services; * Continuously monitor operational parameters—such as pressure, temperature, flow, and water quality—to quickly identify and resolve any deviations or issues; * Conduct and/or participate in PDCA cycles for investigation and subsequent action plans regarding high-impact failures; * Maintain detailed records of operations, maintenance activities, and incidents related to utility systems, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements; * Liaise with third-party companies, develop new suppliers, and register spare parts in the system; * Submit purchase requests for spare parts and service contracts, coordinating closely with the maintenance assistant; * Exercise autonomy in decision-making for assigned tasks, escalating to the direct manager when necessary; * Collaborate with other departments—including production, quality, and engineering—to ensure proper integration of utility systems with production processes and meet operational needs; Support maintenance analysts in developing and reviewing utility-related procedures, as well as preventive maintenance plans. * **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed technical education; * NR\-13 (Boilers) certification; * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry; * Mandatory knowledge of utility systems, including boilers and purified water systems. **Additional information** **\+ Additional Information** Work location: Embu das Artes – São Paulo Schedule: 6x2 / 6x3 Shifts — 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:20 PM), 2nd Shift (2:00 PM–10:20 PM), 3rd Shift (10:00 PM–6:20 AM) (Ferista) **For Libbs employees** * Applications close on **10/03/2026**; * Candidates possessing differential qualifications may be prioritized for the next stage; * Simultaneous participation in multiple internal selection processes is not permitted. **Benefits for you!** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Libbs Medications — 100%; * Pharmacy Benefit — Vidalink; * PPR — Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable only for shift-based roles); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical assistance, dental assistance, and food allowance).
