Job Summary: Lead the FLV department team, ensuring product replenishment, organization, quality, and excellent customer service while implementing loss prevention measures. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership in the FLV department, focusing on organization and quality. 2. End-to-end inventory management, pricing, and loss prevention for FLV products. 3. Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the FLV department team by assigning tasks and monitoring employee performance. * Ensure replenishment, organization, and proper display of fruits, vegetables, and greens, maintaining an attractive department for customers. * Monitor product quality, preservation, and expiration dates, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Manage inventory control, ordering, receiving, and restocking of goods. * Monitor pricing and ensure correct product labeling. * Implement loss prevention measures by tracking key indicators and adopting actions to reduce waste. * Deliver excellent customer service by providing support and guidance whenever needed. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as an FLV Supervisor, Team Leader, or Supervisor in the supermarket sector. * Knowledge of team management, inventory control, ordering, pricing, and loss prevention. * Understanding of storage, preservation, and display of fruits, vegetables, and greens.
