Responsible for administrative, operational, and analytical routines of the Transportation team, including carrier registration and maintenance, document management, freight audit and payment, TMS table configuration, freight quotations, accruals, and support to internal departments. Focus on accuracy, organization, and reliability of logistics data. **Responsibilities and Duties** On the Logistics team, you will: * Perform reconciliation between contracted freight and billed freight, and execute system entries. * Conduct freight reconciliations, accruals, and financial controls. * Register and maintain carriers, including required documentation and licenses. * Carry out freight quotations and update the logistics database. * Register, update, and validate freight rate tables in the TMS, ensuring correct configuration. * Support order routing and analyses of costs, routes, and service levels. * Assist internal departments with operational queries and inconsistencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Completed high school (pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus). * Prior experience in logistics, administrative routines, or freight processes. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and strong logical reasoning. * Good communication skills and discipline for structured routines.
