You will be responsible for structuring and standardizing processes, ensuring systemic traceability, driving operational efficiency via LEAN, managing indirect inventory, and supporting inventory activities. You will play a leading role in data analysis (SAP/Power BI) and in designing new workflows and layouts, accelerating productivity, reducing waste, and achieving operational excellence. This opportunity is on\-site at our Caxias do Sul/RS unit. **What we will build together:** --------------------------------- * Manage packaging and indirect materials inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and availability aligned with demand; * Execute and supervise physical and system-based material location, ensuring SAP traceability and alignment with the physical layout; * Support and audit cyclic and general inventory processes, investigating discrepancies, reporting results, and proposing corrective action plans; * Lead the development and implementation of new logistics projects, including digitalization and automation initiatives; * Develop and certify logistics packaging (for suppliers, customers, and internal use), evaluating sustainable alternatives and solutions to replace Instapack; * Draft, review, and maintain all internal logistics documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flows; * Analyze logistics processes and internal routes, identifying opportunities for optimization and waste reduction; * Apply LEAN tools (Kanban, Kaizen, 5S, VSM) to improve material flow and reduce lead times; * Conduct time studies of logistics routes and operations, measuring standard times and operational efficiency; * Define and maintain the logistics hour\-by\-hour plan, ensuring synchronization between supply and production pace; * Monitor and report logistics KPIs such as inventory accuracy, internal route lead time, and operational productivity; * Use SAP reports and Power BI dashboards to identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and propose structured action plans; * Participate in performance and continuous improvement meetings, presenting results and proposing efficiency initiatives; * Perform other duties related to the role. **What we are looking for** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Proven experience with SAP; * Proven experience in logistics operations; * Advanced English proficiency.
