Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for creating and tracking sales orders and registering projects in SAP, monitoring status and invoicing to ensure contractual deadlines. Ability to manage priorities and solve problems ***Note: The company will relocate to Itupeva/SP in July/26 (near Premium Outlet);*** **Responsibilities:** * Create sales orders and register projects in the SAP system; * Track sales orders for parts and services until delivery to the customer, monitoring the process, reporting status and invoicing to leadership, and meeting contractual delivery deadlines with customers; **EDUCATION REQUIREMENT** Completed university degree. Field of Study: Administration / Economics / Project Management. **EXPERIENCE** \+Experience in deadline control, activity follow-up, and project status reporting **DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES** English language: conversational and written proficiency. Advanced Office Suite (Excel / Word / PowerPoint ..) Proficiency in computer tools (Excel / Word / SAP system); monitoring financial activities; cash flow processing; clear and concise communication; organization and management of multiple demands; ability to manage priorities and solve problems; strong interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams.
