Job Summary: As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will drive initiatives for optimization and operational excellence nationwide, serve as the focal point for audits, and ensure process standardization and evolution. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will drive initiatives for optimization and operational excellence at the national level, supporting both corporate strategy and procedure implementation in new units, while serving as the focal point for audits. You will also act as a facilitator of continuous improvement practices, ensuring standardization, compliance, and process evolution through structured methodologies. **How you create impact** * Support the implementation of operational excellence tools, methodologies, and practices with local teams (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S, etc.) * Serve as the focal point between national units, ensuring alignment and process standardization * Lead process improvement and optimization opportunities across national sites, proactively identifying gaps and proposing solutions * Deliver training and develop materials related to continuous improvement initiatives * Conduct and/or support operational excellence audits, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines **What we would like you to bring** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality, and process management * Knowledge of Lean tools, process mapping, and data analysis * English proficiency is a plus for interaction with regional teams **What's in it for you** At Kuehne\+Nagel, you are always part of a committed and dynamic team because great achievements are only possible together.
