Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Controller for the Deca Louças Jundiaí unit to ensure production recordkeeping, inventory control, and administrative support in a collaborative environment. Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure recording of the unit’s production volume for control and statistical analysis of departmental performance: receive spreadsheets detailing quantities produced per product type and raw materials consumed; update finished goods inventory; calculate various indices (productivity, losses, etc.); * Prepare production reports for relevant departments; * Collect documentation related to deliveries made and forward it to Head Office for accounting, issuance of corresponding invoices, and payment processing; also prepare reports for suppliers regarding amounts due; * Participate in inventory counting, performing physical counts of finished goods, raw materials, inputs, packaging, etc.; * Input data into the system for access and analysis of period performance; * Create, manage, and monitor purchase requisitions via SAP; * Establish and monitor production and quality controls via BI; * Provide support for administrative requests; * Audit and monitor the production process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Logistics, Operations, or Administration is a plus; * Experience in inventory management and industrial flow; * Knowledge of SAP; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with Power BI is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it may be**.
