Job Summary: Grupo Acelerador is seeking an Events Assistant with A&B experience to support event execution and ensure operational excellence for high-impact corporate events. Key Highlights: 1. Grupo Acelerador, a national reference in corporate events and high-impact experiences, is seeking an **Events Assistant** with A\&B experience who has previously worked with catering services and various types of events, to support event execution and ensure operational excellence. We seek a dynamic, organized individual with strong attention to detail, who understands the importance of participant experience and service quality. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the organization and execution of corporate and institutional events. * Directly assisting A\&B operations, overseeing catering services, coffee breaks, cocktails, and meals. * Monitoring event setup, execution, and teardown. * Ensuring organization of spaces, tables, materials, and service flow. * Supporting relationships with catering vendors and service teams. * Assisting with participant registration and orientation during events. * Supporting inventory control, restocking, and service quality assurance. * Addressing operational issues and unforeseen situations during events. Requirements: **What we’re looking for in you** * Prior experience in A\&B events, specifically in catering services. * Experience across various event types (corporate, social, or institutional). * Strong organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Ability to work collaboratively and respond flexibly to event demands. * Availability for in-person events, including weekends and evening hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with medium- or large-scale corporate events. * Basic knowledge of food handling best practices. * Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with guests and vendors.
