If you believe in the power of energy to transform the world, join our team. **What You’ll Do Here:** ---------------------------------- * Perform daily cleaning and organization of the boiler area, biomass yard, equipment, and other general cleaning tasks at the Unit; * Remove combustion residues (e.g., ash and sand) throughout the shift to keep equipment in operational condition; * Maintain direct and clear communication with the lead operator, Utilities Operators II and III, and the Unit Manager regarding any anomalies and/or deviations in the boiler area; * Occasionally assist in boiler monitoring via the supervisory system and immediately report any detected anomalies to the Unit Manager; * Assist Utilities Operators II and III in instrument and equipment inspections (boiler, filters, compressed air, etc.), monitors, valves, etc., and perform visual equipment inspections to prevent operational shutdowns; * Know and comply with operational procedures, safety standards, and requirements, including the client’s internal procedures, halting any non-compliant activity; * Assist in low-complexity activities related to equipment operation and maintenance, as needed, to keep the boiler area well-maintained and in good operating condition. **What We Expect From You:** ---------------------------- * Completed High School education; * Experience in industrial production; * Driver’s License Category B; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits for You:** ------------------------- * Annual PLR: profit-sharing based on goals and results. * Mobility via Flash (flexible card). * Meal benefits via FLASH, including on-site meals depending on the Unit. * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave. * Medical, dental, and life insurance coverage. * Pharmacy benefit program to facilitate health care. * ComBio Health and Wellness Program: TOTALPASS partnership with +1,300 gyms; SESI partnership. * ComBio Corporate University + discounts at various educational institutions
