Job Summary: A professional to map, optimize, and monitor industrial processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in cosmetic production. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for continuous improvement in industrial processes. 2. Experience in the industry (cosmetics, hygiene, food, or pharmaceutical). 3. Focus on optimization and quality control. Salon Line is open to welcoming you! We seek someone who will join us on the best journey to achieve outstanding results together. Join the Salon Line Team!!! **About the opportunity:** Map processes and workflows (from receipt to dispatch), identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Establish operational standards and process parameters (time, temperature, order of addition, agitation, viscosity, pH). Conduct loss and yield analyses (raw materials, rework, scrap) and implement corrective/preventive actions. Support and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S). Define and optimize weighing routines to enhance productivity, traceability, and error reduction. Ensure process integrity and controls to prevent cross-contamination. Review operational instructions and checklists (weighing, verification, identification, release). Monitor shampoo and cream production, ensuring process stability and repeatability. Monitor and control critical variables (pH, viscosity, temperature, density) and propose adjustments. Support industrial implementation of new products and formulation adjustments in coordination with R&D and Quality. Optimize transfer times and conditions to reduce bulk losses and contamination risks. Provide technical support for adjustments and improvements in filling and packaging lines (setup, format change, speed, efficiency). Implement controls to improve filling quality (under/overweight, leaks, capping, labeling). Develop/review SOPs, work instructions, and process documents (parameters, workflows, specifications). Investigate deviations, internal complaints, and non-conformities, performing root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.). Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable regulatory requirements. Support technical specification and testing of equipment/parts, as well as layout improvements. Contribute to feasibility studies, payback analyses, and gain estimations (productivity, losses, cost). Monitor commissioning and startup of changes and equipment, ensuring process stability. Recommend and implement adjustments to operational parameters within approved limits. Propose changes to methods and process improvements, submitting them for approval per internal governance. Request industrial trials and support technical decisions regarding line and equipment suitability. Interrupt/request controlled process shutdown in case of quality/safety risk (per procedure). **We’ll be thrilled if you have:** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience in industrial processes (preferably cosmetics, personal hygiene, food, or pharmaceutical). Knowledge of mixing, handling, and/or filling and packaging operations. Knowledge of manufacturing processes for viscous and liquid products (emulsions, surfactants). Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and process control. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and root cause analysis. Knowledge of industrial KPIs (OEE, yield, losses, setup). Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. **We offer to welcome you aboard:** Meal allowance. Transportation allowance. Cost-of-living allowance. Amil Health Insurance with co-payment. Pharmacy benefits. Life insurance.
