You will be responsible for leading the operational team, promoting employee development, monitoring results, and supporting management in performance analysis and identification of continuous improvement opportunities. **Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of management tools such as Excel, WMS, or logistics systems; **Desired Profile:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Organizational ability and sense of urgency; Adaptability and decision-making capability.
