Alexandre Colares, 340 – Parque Anhanguera/SP Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:45 PM to 6:28 AM (night shift) Responsibilities Coordinate fractional cargo collection, transfer, and distribution operations Lead and develop the operational team Ensure adherence to deadlines, targets, and KPIs (SLA, damages, costs) Implement process improvements and efficiency gains Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Address operational issues Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed (Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields) Experience in freight forwarding companies (fractional cargo experience is a plus) Proven experience managing operational teams Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile Strong communication skills and proactivity Compensation R$ 5.118,94 + 40% night shift allowance = R$ 7.166,52 Benefits Meal or Food Allowance (R$ 35.00/day – Sodexo) Grocery basket delivered to home Amil Health Insurance (after probation period) Dental Insurance (after probation period) Transportation Voucher On-site parking PPR – Profit Sharing Program SEST SENAT Agreement (health, wellness, and leisure services) Birthday day off Gympass Payment: R$7.166,52 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Grocery basket * Free parking * Profit sharing * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
