Join TPC Intelligent Logistics! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to users; * Monitor implementation, expansion, and demobilization projects of Group operations; * Engage and follow up with vendors regarding equipment configuration and/or maintenance (desktops, notebooks, printers, projectors, etc.); * Monitor and evaluate network performance, suggesting necessary improvements for the environment; * Prepare and/or review hardware and software inventories; prepare and/or review operational procedures based on the Group’s Integrated Management System; * Support the management team in implementing new procedures, processes, and policies; * Handle service requests and/or incidents quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Uphold the company’s image and maintain confidentiality of information. * Support the management team in disseminating procedures and processes to internal and/or external customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Required: Technical education in the field; * Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress; * Preferred: Knowledge of operating systems; * Preferred: Intermediate computer literacy; * Preferred: Experience with installation and configuration of computer networks. **Additional Information** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:48 * Benefits: * Meal Allowance: BRL 30.78 per day – Ifood Card; * Transportation Allowance: with 6% payroll deduction; * Attendance Incentive: BRL 250.00 (credited to the Ifood card) * Life Insurance; * Health Plan – Intermédica with co-payment – effective after 03 months; * Dental Plan – Amil – effective after 03 months; * Pharmacy discounts; * TotalPass.
