We seek a cleaning professional who will exceed customer expectations, ensuring all areas are clean, fragrant, and well-organized. **Applicants must reside in OSASCO, preferably near KM18!!!** Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; hours from 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM, Monday through Saturday. **Janitor Responsibilities and Duties** * Sweep, clean, and scrub floors * Clean all areas by emptying trash bins, cleaning common surfaces, glass, and maintaining restrooms * Perform heavy cleaning tasks upon request * Ensure external corridors remain unobstructed and free of debris * Report any necessary repairs to management * Properly mix and dispose of all cleaning products **Janitor Qualifications and Skills** * Ability to crouch, push, pull, and lift during working hours * Knowledge of cleaning products, proper storage, and disposal methods * Communication skills and ability to work in a team * Strong organizational skills are essential * Self-motivation and ability to identify and complete necessary tasks without direct supervision Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
