Job Summary: This professional will develop and implement training and development programs, facilitate sessions, and collaborate with leaders to identify development opportunities. Analyze talent development metrics **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with the organization's strategic needs; * Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, providing support to internal and external facilitators; * Support performance evaluations and feedback processes; * Collaborate with leaders and teams to identify development opportunities and create customized action plans; * Participate in the development and implementation of recognition and reward programs to foster a positive and engaging work environment; * Analyze talent development metrics and propose initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Human Development and Organizational (HDO) programs and processes; * Map job and team competencies to identify optimal training and development actions; * Design HDO processes and policies; * Coordinate new employee onboarding/integration activities; * Organize and support corporate events; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, Law, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in training and development, performance evaluation, and climate surveys; * Advanced English proficiency; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience in employee onboarding; * Must reside in Jundiaí/SP or within a 30 km radius; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of MERCER methodology.
