We seek a data engineering and data organization specialist to drive the evolution of our BI and Data Lake infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for reorganizing, standardizing, and structuring corporate data, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability for analytics and decision-making. This role plays a pivotal part in improving the data architecture, directly contributing to the company’s analytical maturity. **Responsibilities:** * Assess current data and BI infrastructure * Organize and standardize datasets within the Data Lake * Define standardized data models * Implement best practices for data governance * Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines * Structure analytical layers (raw, curated, analytics) * Improve BI query performance and quality * Collaborate with business units to ensure metric consistency * Document data structures and models used * Support the company’s data architecture evolution **Join Nexer** Requirements: **What we expect from you:** * Experience in Data Engineering or BI * Experience with Data Lakes * Knowledge of data modeling * Experience with ETL / ELT * Strong SQL proficiency * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar) * Knowledge of modern data architecture **What would strengthen your application:** * Experience with Data Lakehouse * Knowledge of Spark / Databricks * Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift * Experience with Python for data manipulation * Experience with data governance and data cataloging Benefits **PJ (Contractor):** ️ Paid Time Off — 10 days per year Porto Seguro Health Plan ️ Language Incentive Program Multibenefit Card worth BRL 500–1,000 (based on English proficiency test) ‍ Partnerships with: Mackenzie, USP Esalq, Senac, and Renault on Demand Microsoft Certifications
