Incident management and interdepartmental communication * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for monitoring, supervision, and operation of the electronic security systems at the Operations Center. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \- What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Update incidents, pending items, and new information with the previous shift's CCTV operator; Guide customers via intercom—upon being called—regarding resolution of issues arising during entry or exit from the parking area, by providing announcements; Manage key control; Perform screening of service authorizations; Review and sign all authorizations received from other departments, remove letters related to already-completed services or those with expired dates, inform the immediate supervisor for appropriate action, and transcribe completed service details onto individual store cards; Initiate surveillance procedures across the entire coverage area of the CCTV system; Report shift incidents to the Supervisor so they may be included in the daily incident report; Communicate directly with in-house and outsourced security personnel regarding follow-up on incidents or suspicious situations detected; Support the security team in monitoring and identifying suspicious elements or situations; Support store and facility opening/closing activities, identifying potential suspicious situations; Monitor the contracted team, verifying area coverage; Inform Shift Supervisors and record in the incident logbook equipment malfunctions within the security system, such as offline or defective cameras, non-functional alarms, etc.; Check recording systems, playback functionality, and operational status of all CCTV system equipment; Perform a checklist covering camera positioning, panic alarm control center functionality, and intrusion detection system verification; Verify elevator operation via the system—activating/deactivating/blocking floors as needed—and activate/deactivate escalators; Monitor the facility’s panic alarm system, including those installed in stores; Perform daily CCTV monitoring operations across the entire facility; Complete the incident logbook and ensure the report accurately reflects all activities performed; Modulate and transmit messages over Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Parking frequencies; Accompany the floor team during inspection of facility access doors during non-operational hours and relay findings to the Shift Supervisor; Assume responsibility for operating the parking control panel and verify malfunctions in automatic entrance/exit gates; Request authorization from the Shift Supervisor before releasing team members not requiring formal handover; Receive authorization requests from floor posts (e.g., door-opening authorization, permission to proceed to restrooms); Open and close automatic gates at access-controlled areas and parking facilities upon request from floor posts. **NOTES** ---------------
