Description
We are a Brazilian brand specializing in thermal and non-thermal products — bottles, cups, containers, and more — with a distinctive feature we’re proud of: customization. We are experiencing rapid expansion in physical retail, opening kiosks and company-owned stores across Brazil, and preparing our network to grow even further — whether through company-operated or franchise models. We seek an Operations Coordinator to help us structure and scale this operation with excellence.
We are looking for a retail operations professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our physical stores and kiosks. You will serve as the bridge between executive strategy and frontline execution, ensuring every unit operates to the brand’s standard, efficiency, and quality requirements.
If you have experience in omnichannel retail operations, understand the importance of being present in the field, and grasp the challenges of operating across multiple formats, this opportunity is for you.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Lead and coordinate daily operations of physical stores and kiosks across multiple formats (shopping malls and street locations);
* Conduct periodic on-site visits to monitor operations, service quality, and brand visual standards;
* Establish and ensure execution of operational processes (opening, closing, inventory, receiving, shipping);
* Track performance indicators (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, productivity) and propose corrective actions;
* Train, develop, and provide ongoing support to store teams (managers, team leaders, and sales associates);
* Support new unit launches by assisting with opening planning, operational layout, and process alignment;
* Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, inventory, and brand procedural policies;
* Report results and operational bottlenecks to the Retail Executive Team;
* Actively participate in preparing the network for expansion via company-operated stores or franchises, documenting processes and creating operational manuals as needed.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:**
* Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields);
* Minimum 5 years of experience in physical retail operations, preferably in multi-format environments (street stores + shopping malls), in roles such as supervisor or store operations coordinator;
* Willingness and availability for travel and routine site visits;
* Experience managing teams and retail KPIs;
* Knowledge of POS processes, inventory management, and stock control.
**Desirable:**
* Experience launching new units (store/kiosk openings);
* Experience with franchise operations or network expansion;
* Familiarity with management tools (ERP systems, data analysis, advanced spreadsheets);
* Hands-on profile with strong field presence;
* Experience supporting omnichannel operations.
**Behavioral competencies:**
* Human-centered leadership — leads people, not just processes;
* Clear communication and ability to align expectations between field teams and executive leadership;
* Organizational skills and systemic vision to manage multiple concurrent priorities;
* Resilience and positive attitude to resolve everyday retail challenges;
* Owner mindset — thinks like a business stakeholder.
