Will be responsible for guiding, supervising, and performing cleaning services at client company premises, including sweeping or mopping floors, removing dirt from walls, dusting furniture, restocking personal hygiene supplies (toilet paper, towels, and liquid soap), collecting garbage, and replacing disposable packaging, etc., ensuring work quality and compliance with negotiated contractual conditions. Ensure operational safety by observing the correct use of cleaning products (degreasers, soap, and general chemicals) and equipment (brooms, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, etc.), as well as their proper maintenance—keeping them stored in appropriate locations and requesting repairs when necessary. Train the team, maintain team order and discipline, and monitor proper uniform usage. Provide guidance for and/or perform specific, more meticulous cleaning tasks according to schedule: window washing, cleaning fans and light fixtures, disinfecting rooms, etc. Monitor and request replenishment of consumable materials as needed. Leads a team of up to two assistants. Performs other job-related tasks as directed by superiors.
