Job Summary: Support role in the purchasing department, focusing on document organization, email communication, problem-solving, payment scheduling, and process monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Apprentice (Purchasing) Main Responsibilities: Provide support for organizing documents and information; Respond to emails and resolve issues with other company departments; Schedule payments to suppliers, customs brokers, and trading companies; Monitor processes via courier; Coordinate with the Accounting team to close import processes; Enter expenses into the ERP (expenses, taxes, trade discounts); Enter data into databases for indicator development; Input supplier invoices into the primary ERP system. Location: Alameda Ásia (Business Park) – Tamboré, Santana de Parnaíba – SP – 06543\-312 Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Requirement: Completed high school education. Preferred Qualification: Undergraduate studies in accounting, administration, or finance.
