Description: Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Proven experience in Talent Development across multiple disciplines, including Organizational Development (OD), Consulting, Organizational Design, Training, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Change Management. * Fluent English. * Solid experience in Job Design, Organizational Design, and Organizational Efficiency strategies. * Project management skills, with proficiency in technology, systemic thinking, and quality orientation. Performance consulting skills, with the ability to translate strategies into specific goals, tactics, and deliverables. * Ability to think through end-to-end processes, identifying potential barriers and opportunities along the way. * Proven track record of execution, with attention to detail and high customer satisfaction.
