The candidate must be enthusiastic about technological innovation in audiovisual systems, collaboration, and automation. **Must ensure correct configuration, operation, and delivery of audiovisual solutions, guaranteeing technical quality, customer satisfaction, and operational autonomy of implemented systems.** Key Responsibilities * Serve as the interface between technical departments, ensuring alignment of information * **Configure equipment and validate system functionality** * Test racks prior to shipment to the client * Create technical documentation and user manuals * Train clients on the use of implemented solutions * Develop and maintain up-to-date network spreadsheets * Ensure delivered solutions comply with the defined scope * Stay updated on emerging technologies Technical Requirements * Technical degree in electronics, mechatronics, computer science, or networking; or a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field. * Basic programming skills; * Advanced logical reasoning skills; * Knowledge of FireWorks; RedesC; Digital Signage; * Knowledge of Audio, Videoconferencing, and Digital Conferences; * **Fluent English.** Behavioral Profile * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Curiosity and self-directed learning ability; * Organization and accountability; * Negotiation skills and flexibility; * Teamwork.
