




Job Description: * Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers; * Perform payroll calculations, statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), and monthly closing; * Monitor and manage vacation time, electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and leaves of absence; * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, CAGED, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital); * Review and issue labor contribution payment slips; * Support employees by clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, and labor legislation; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies; * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and conventions; * Provide support to the HR department in personnel-related routine processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Experience in personal department routines, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. * Proficiency in human resources management systems. * Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Organized with attention to detail. * Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with LG and FPW systems Benefits and Compensation: * Salary negotiable * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Personal day off Work Location: Setor Sul – Goiânia/GO Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT position Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
