Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for guest registration, check-in and check-out, reservation management, and providing information about the hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service experience will be a plus 2. Experience in customer service. 3. Hotel industry experience will be a plus. **Main Responsibilities:** Register guests; Perform check-in and check-out; Manage reservations and provide information regarding rooms, rates, and amenities. Customer service and hotel industry experience will be a plus. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in customer service.
