Your responsibilities will include: * **Dining Room Leadership:** Coordinating waiters, busboys, and receptionists to ensure adherence to service and hospitality standards. * **Experience Management:** Greeting guests, managing the waiting list, and organizing the table map to optimize restaurant flow. * **Quality and Standards:** Ensuring cutlery polishing, proper arrangement of service stations, and impeccable dining room presentation. * **Sales Focus:** Guiding the team on menu and wine offerings, encouraging suggestive selling to increase average ticket value. * **Conflict Resolution:** Addressing any customer dissatisfaction or unexpected situations with diplomacy and speed. * **Training:** Developing new talent and keeping the team motivated and aligned with FIT Group’s culture of excellence.
