BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Description

**Basic maintenance** * Assist with **simple electrical maintenance** (replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches) * Assist with **basic plumbing services** (replacing faucets, traps, simple unclogging) * Minor masonry repairs (**plastering, painting, tile replacement**) * Maintenance of doors, locks, windows, and furniture **Building conservation** * Conduct **visual inspections** to identify faults or repair needs * Assist in maintaining common areas (rooms, corridors, restrooms, parking lots) * Support roof, gutter, and drain maintenance (simple cleaning) **Technical team support** * Support maintenance professionals (electricians, plumbers, masons) * Sort, organize, and transport tools and materials * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance **Safety and organization** * Use **PPE** correctly * Keep the workplace clean and organized * Follow safety regulations and technical instructions **Other duties** * Support outsourced services when necessary * Report structural issues to the maintenance supervisor * Perform minor tasks as required Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.300,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
