Organize and archive physical and digital documents We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to support the department's administrative routines, contributing to process organization, information control, and support for departmental activities. ### **Responsibilities** * Support administrative and operational routines of the department; * Perform data entry, controls, and verification of information in systems and spreadsheets; * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Provide internal customer service and support to departments and colleagues; * Assist in preparing administrative reports and controls; * Support tracking of departmental deadlines and tasks. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration or related fields currently pursued is preferred); * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
