Contribute to the evolution of monitoring practices and automation. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **network monitoring analyst** to monitor critical network infrastructure continuously, ensuring high service availability and performance. This professional will be an essential part of the operations team, focused on monitoring, identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents, as well as contributing to improvements in monitoring processes and event automation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor network assets and services using NOC-specific tools. * Detect, analyze, and act to resolve incidents, ensuring established SLAs. * Escalate incidents according to internal procedures. * Contribute to the evolution of monitoring practices and integration with management systems. * Provide suggestions for optimizing processes and tools. **Requirements:** * Experience and solid knowledge in Routing and Switching * In-depth knowledge of backbone networks (routers, switches, MPLS, BGP). * Experience with monitoring tools * CCNA-level Cisco knowledge or equivalent (CCNA certification is a plus) **Work Model**: Hybrid, 3 days per week **Location:** Cidade de Deus, Osasco/SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00 **Benefits** * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Childcare Assistance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing (PLR) Minimum Education: Technical Course
