Competency mapping and succession planning management End-to-end HR operations, including headquarters support and training development; Design and lead onboarding processes to ensure rapid adaptation and cultural alignment; Recruitment and selection for operational, administrative, and strategic positions; Map competencies, identify internal talent, and manage succession plans for key positions; Organize events, motivational campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement with the company; Conduct climate surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans to enhance engagement and maintain organizational climate; Performance evaluations.
