




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Technical Intern to work in a workshop, supporting operational and administrative routines while learning equipment maintenance. We are looking for a **Technical Intern** to join the VTS workshop, supporting operational, administrative, and maintenance routines, learning about vacuum pumps, and contributing to departmental efficiency and organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Support workshop routines and learn about vacuum pump and other area equipment maintenance. * Assist in performing **maintenance checklists**, ensuring accurate and proper documentation of information. * Contribute to **yard organization**, keeping equipment properly identified, clean, and stored. * Help ensure **accuracy between workshop equipment and internal controls** (in/out flow, status, location, and availability). * Support workshop administrative processes, such as document control, service orders, and internal forms. * Support **operational flow control**, maintaining updated information in internal systems. * Assist in moving and preparing equipment for maintenance, testing, dispatch, or receipt. * Contribute to **continuous improvement initiatives** within the workshop environment. * Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of quality, safety, and organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Currently enrolled in a **Technical Education program** (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Maintenance, Automation, or related fields). * Interest in learning equipment maintenance and operation. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Availability to work onsite at the workshop. **Desirable** * Basic English; * Familiarity with administrative processes or system usage; * Basic knowledge of maintenance tools; * Interest in technical and professional development within the Services field. **Competencies and Skills** * Organization and responsibility * Clear communication * Willingness to learn and grow technically * Teamwork * Commitment to safety and quality * Resilience and willingness to perform hands-on tasks **Additional Information** * Work location: **Barueri/SP**, with potential future relocation to Sorocaba/SP. * Department supervisor: **William Souza \- VTS Operations and Services Supervisor** * Recruiter: **Anna Beatriz – HR Business Partner** * This position will remain open until 05/15/2026\.
