JUNIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for the entire procurement process for materials and raw materials—from supplier negotiation through delivery tracking and development of new partners. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic procurement negotiation for optimal terms. 2. Planning and monitoring of raw material intake. 3. Development of new suppliers and managerial reporting. Execute the procurement process for materials through negotiation and purchasing to secure the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Conduct procurement negotiations for raw materials. Plan raw material intake according to quantities required by production. Perform follow\-up with suppliers to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. Maintain contact via telephone and/or in person to obtain price quotations, request catalogs, samples, and purchase confirmations. Develop new suppliers according to demand. Approve purchase orders within your authority. Administer and control the list of items per purchase order to prevent anomalies in the production process. Prepare departmental reports for senior management. Assess procurement requirements to identify and monitor potential anomalies.
