Opportunity for professionals with experience in Accounts Payable and leadership **Job Offer: Treasury Supervisor** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the role of Treasury Supervisor at a local office in Jundiaí/SP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising the treasury financial activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with financial policies and regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate Accounts Payable routines, ensuring adherence to deadlines, internal policies, and financial controls. * Ensure accurate reconciliation of receivables/payables, verification of fiscal documents, and validation of payments. * Manage the payment flow to suppliers, service providers, taxes, and operational expenses. * Standardize processes, drive continuous improvement, and automate departmental routines. * Monitor financial indicators (KPIs), proposing actions to improve efficiency and reduce risks. * Interface with internal departments (Procurement, Tax, Accounting, Legal) and suppliers. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards and controls. * Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the Accounts Payable team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Accounts Payable and in a leadership or supervisory role. * Knowledge of financial reconciliation, tax withholdings, and cash flow management. * Experience with financial ERPs. * Analytical, organized profile with strong sense of responsibility and leadership. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in high-volume transactional environments. * Participation in automation and process improvement projects. * Knowledge of internal controls and financial compliance. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance If you are a professional with treasury experience seeking a challenge that combines leadership and financial management, this is an opportunity to stand out.
