This professional will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service, maintaining store organization and efficient operations, and developing the team. The focus will be on driving results, implementing sound management practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. * Experience as a manager or in a leadership position in supermarkets, retail, or a related field. * Proven skills in people management and team leadership. * Knowledge of sales techniques, inventory control, and financial management. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of computer tools and sales management systems.
