Our commitment is unwavering: we are empathetic, collaborative, share information openly, and do not shy away from difficult conversations—so Scala achieves its goals. **We thirst for the future!** **If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative environment committed to sustainability, join Scala and be part of the future of digital infrastructure!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the Delivery team’s subject-matter expert for managing and governing engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning contracts. * Support RFP development from a contractual perspective. * Initiate Purchase Requests (PRs) and follow up with Procurement. * Review draft contracts prior to signing, ensuring appropriate contractual protection, risk mitigation, and adherence to Scala standards. * Ensure scopes, technical annexes, schedules, contractual milestones, acceptance criteria, and other documents are complete and consistent. * Support CSC in managing contract execution. * Contribute to merit-based analysis of contract amendment requests, claims, and contractual demands. * Collaborate with Delivery teams to minimize risks and reduce the need for amendments during project execution. * Serve as Delivery’s primary point of contact with CSC (Shared Services Center), ensuring that Delivery’s operational and strategic vision is reflected in contract administration. * Support continuous improvement of procurement, governance, and contract management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Prerequisites** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in managing and administering construction, engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale project contracts. * Experience analyzing contract amendments, claims, change management, and contractual risk mitigation. * Knowledge of contract interpretation, technical scopes, and project documentation. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and negotiation capability. * Ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams and internal/external stakeholders. * Intermediate Spanish—reading and writing. * Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, PowerPoint. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Data Center projects, industrial construction, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical projects. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Contract Management, Project Management, Contract Law, or related areas. * Familiarity with EPC contractual models. * Intermediate or advanced English. * SAP S4/HANA knowledge **Additional Information*** **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Our Benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit Sharing); Dental Plan; Health Insurance; Meal and Food Allowance via Flash card—R$1.250,00 per month; Private Pension Plan (for eligible positions); Life Insurance; Pet Health Insurance; Pharmaceutical Discounts; School Supplies Allowance; Financial Support for Children with Disabilities (PwD)—special financial assistance for all CLT employees with children who have disabilities, **with no age limit**.
