We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to work strategically and operationally in department management. The professional will be responsible for leading the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment and selection processes, personnel administration, organizational development, workplace climate, and culture. Employment Type: CLT Business hours from Monday to Friday **On-site in Campinas/SP** **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate all HR department routines (Personnel Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Job Positions and Salaries, Benefits, and Organizational Climate); * Support managers in conducting performance management, feedback, and development planning; * Participate in defining and executing HR policies aligned with company strategy; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and best practices in people management; * Manage HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, etc.) and propose improvement actions; * Lead internal communication processes and organizational culture and climate programs; * Support the Personnel Administration area in payroll reviews, benefits, and time tracking; * Foster a high-performance environment. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in generalist Human Resources roles, with leadership or team coordination experience; * Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in HR operations; * Skills in HR metrics management and preparation of management reports; * Strong communication skills, empathy, and conflict mediation abilities; * Experience with HR systems and performance management tools is desirable. **It will be an advantage if you have:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Organizational Development, or related areas; * Experience in medium or large companies; * Knowledge of agile methodologies and OKR-based management; * Experience with the SANKHYA system. **Additional information** Our employees pursue our purpose: they understand that our clients' success is our success.
