




**About the position** We are looking for a **Forging Processes and Projects Engineering Coordinator** to lead a technical team in a challenging, continuous improvement-oriented environment. The professional will be responsible for **planning, coordinating and developing forged processes and projects**, ensuring safety, quality and productivity, always in compliance with the company's internal and environmental standards. Among the main responsibilities are the **coordination of the engineering team** in delivering new projects and processes aligned with technical parameters and deadlines defined in budgeting (APQP), as well as **ensuring an efficient transition between development and production**. We are seeking a candidate with a **technical and leadership profile**, capable of promoting a **collaborative environment**, stimulating **team development**, and driving initiatives for **technological innovation and continuous improvement** in forging processes.
